Address Book

The address book includes all of the email addresses on file for managers and directors, plus email lists for each division, the board of directors and everyone. The download link below will cause the file to be generated on the fly so it will always be current. You should save the file downloaded othsl.ldif, then open your email tool and import it into your directory.

Note that when you save the file to disk, set the file type to "all files." Otherwise your browser may append .html or .pl to the filename.

Netscape

Netscape has multiple address books with its address book application. You can put the Over-the-Hill names and addresses in their own address book. That way you can easily delete all of them without affecting your existing entries.

open your address book
Select file...new address book
Give your address book a name. othsl would seem appropriate.
click on the new address book, then select file....import
select ldif file then click on next
select the file you downloaded.

Outlook Express

Warning. As far as I can tell, there is only one address book in Outlook Express. So these entries will be merged into your address book and it will not be possible to back them out. I would backup your address book first. You could use its export feature, or you could backup you system or you could find the address book on disk and copy it.

Select tools...Address book
Select file...import...other address book
select LDIF/LDAP interchange format
Find the file you downloaded. It may have .html appended to its name.

The procedure for other address books should be similar.
